CalorieLab


Hello Health students!

As we begin the Calorie Counting Project tomorrow, CalorieLab is a wonderful website that can prove helpful to many of you looking for more calorie-counting resources. It provides nutritional information for popular foods and restaurants and covers quite a bit of data, so you should be able to cover what you're looking for.

REMEMBER, this project is not meant to be difficult and does not require a large investment of your time. Use the resources on this blog to help you along your way and to keep things as simple as possible!

Also, remember that you are only accounting for the calories you are consuming. You SHOULD NOT be eating less or eating more based upon the numbers you are observing. You are only counting calories, and nothing more. Good luck!
