Calorie Counting Advice

Hello Health students!

A quick piece of advice to help you along with your Calorie Counting Project.

Instead of logging in what foods you eat and the calories they possess at the same time, it might be helpful to log what foods you eat first, and then look up how many calories they possess later on.

And remember, the project starts on Monday, Jan. 26, so be ready!
